holy shit what a watch this was... one word is
hilarious
to put it simply.
This is a movie about a boy who leaves home to pursue his
passion for music at university, one day hoping to produce
and sing 'fahsionable pop songs' for the world. Though he
ends up being a part-time... lead singer of a
death metal band,
which he
thought
was temporary...
i won't say much else about the plot itself, but i will say
it was one of the funniest japanese movies i think i've ever
seen; Matsuyama did an
incredible
job portraying
'Negishi'
and
'Krauser'
, between the visuals itself and the range of his voice
acting, quite literally insane.
and boy i'm still left bewildered as to how they had that
man
sprinting
full pelt in heels that i couldn't even walk in!!! he's
amazing haha
a rather emotional movie, filled with equal amounts of
comedy and drama, a 10/10 for me, and something i'd like to
think has rewatchability for me :3
on another note: he looked really good in that metal
makeup despite everything, and he sure as hell knew how
to run/walk in heels despite him describing it as
"really, really tough- my ankles were killing me" in an
interview... "never having the opportunity to walk in
high heels, and the director would make me run and run"
10/10 from me !! ;3;
